Amended and restated declaration of protective covenants
The Board of Directors of the Association has been working with legal counsel to draft a proposed Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants for Aspen Village Homeowners Association for your consideration. See PDF below.
The primary purpose of this project has been to modernize our current Declaration of Protective Covenants for Aspen Village, to address deficiencies in the Current Declaration, to conform it to current Colorado law and to create a document which addresses the priorities of our community.
A second Town Hall Meeting of the Owners was held in person on May 15, 2025 at 6:00pm at the Aspen Village Clubhouse to discuss the draft Amended and Restated Declaration, to hear owner comments and to answer any questions owners had. The Association’s attorney was present via Zoom to answer any legal questions owners had relating to the draft document.
We ask that should you have any questions or comments regarding the draft proposed Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants for Aspen Village that you would like to have discussed at the Town Hall, to please submit them electronically before the meeting to: hoa@aspenvillage.info
