Unless specifically exempt by the Declaration or Architectural Guidelines, all exterior Improvements to a Lot require prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
Before beginning any exterior project, Owners must submit a complete Architectural Review Application to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Complete applications will be reviewed in accordance with the procedures and timelines established in the Declaration.
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM MST. Owners are encouraged to submit complete applications as early as possible to allow sufficient time for review and placement on the meeting agenda.

ARC approval must be obtained before any construction or exterior work begins. Approval by the Association does not replace permits or approvals required by Pitkin County or any other governmental agency. Owners are responsible for obtaining all required permits.
