Architectural control committee

All buildings, structures, maintenance, other improvements and all construction

done or placed on any Lot must be approved by the 

architectural  
Control committee.

Owners are required to submit plans and specifications, which shall clearly and completely show and set forth the essential features and intent of the approval, in order that the Committee may approve the quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of external design with existing structures and location with respect to topography and finish grade elevation.

Please submit your Minor or Major Improvement Application 30 days prior to the ACC Meeting in which you plan to attend. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) typically meets on the second Tuesday of every month, at 6:00pm MST.

You will need to complete a Minor Improvement Application (fillable

form below) if you plan to do the following:

​

  • Installation/ building of structures - sheds, carports

  • Maintenance on Lot

  • Improvements to exterior of home

  • Painting

  • Landscaping improvements

You will need to complete a Major Improvement Application, if you plan to do the following:

​

  • Construction/Installation of a New Home

  • Removal of old mobile home

Plans submitted for approval must include the following:

  • Completed Minor or Major Improvement Application Form

  • Description/ drawings of location of all existing and proposed structures on the Lot

  • All Lot lines

  • Samples of All materials and colors to be used

​

All construction shall be completed in 6 months. 

​

New homes built in Aspen Village require a minimum deposit in the amount of $5,000.00
